Scott Olsen is thankfully out of the hospital now, but it remains to be seen if he will suffer permanent brain damage as a result of his injuries. Oakland police continue to use excessive force in the arrest of Occupy demonstrators, but this hasn't stopped Scott from returning to the front lines of the struggle for democracy and justice in America.
